There are three other rooms with queen beds, providing comfortable accommodation for up to ten people. These rooms share a well-appointed bathroom, ensuring that everyone has access to the facilities they need.
The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The spacious living room features an 80-inch TV, perfect for a movie night or to watch your favorite sports game. The loft area also features a large TV, and two comfy couches, offering additional entertainment options.

HOUSE RULES and important notices:
A friend of the owners lives in the basement apartment but does not have access to the rest of the home and will not be a bother during your stay!
No garage access.
Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property.
We do not allow any type of parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes.
Parking: Driveway and Street Parking is available in front of the home.
Pet policy: With the homeowners having severe pet allergies within their family, this home strictly prohibits any pets from visiting or residing within it.
Reports of failure to comply with the smoking/drug policy, noise curfew cut off time of 10pm and pet policies will result in the loss of your security deposit and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done to the property that hinder another same day check in.
Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
The home has a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. You can come and go as you please. As your hosts we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platforms message system or text at any time.
We would love to host you while you're in town and are happy to meet plausible requests or modifications you might need for your visit.
