This massive open space is ideal for so many purposes and always perfect for laying out chairs and tables. On the main level of the home there is an oversized kitchen with a 12 person dining table, stools at the kitchen counter, a coffee bar, a living room with a fireplace and TV, and a bright and window filled sunroom with additional dining furniture, ideal for enjoying a morning sunrise with a cup of coffee or the late night company of friends playing cards around the table. Within the second level of the home are 7 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms, a seating area, and dual washer/dryer laundry room.

Located in South Meridian you are just five minutes away from the brand new and most popular park around, Discovery park. The park spans 27 acres and includes a climbing wall modeled after Idaho topography, dual zip-lines, roller slides, a splash pad, reservable picnic tables and shelters, a fenced, off leash dog park, sand and water play areas and more.
You are also located within a few miles from Downtown Boise, and just minutes from the popular Village in Meridian.
We absolutely recommend you bring plenty of paper products to accommodate large groups (Plastic cups & bowls, paper plates, plastic utensils) to ensure comfortable dining experiences for large groups and families.
Additional Notes:
1) This home does not have any bedrooms on the main level; all bedrooms require going up one flight of indoor stairs. The main level of this home also requires going up one flight of outdoor stairs to get to the front doors.
2) The home owners, Kacey and Tiffanie live in the area and are often available in person and are available via text or phone should you need assistance during your stay. It's important to note that the assistant manager of our business Premium Rentals respectfully lives on site in the completely separated basement of this large house with his own separate entrance that doesn't intervene with any of the rented spaces of the home. If your group is in need of a large portion of parking space, please contact us before the time of your reservation with questions or requests to ensure that we can accommodate your groups needs.
