This spacious  4 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome with a screened-in back porch and large private back yard is located in the desirable gated community of Coral Cay Resort. This townhome features a modern floor plan with a living-dining and kitchen open concept; master bedroom with private bathroom, laundry closet with stackable washer & dryer, half bath, and a large screened patio. Three spacious bedrooms are located on the second floor. Tons of natural lighting flows throughout the home. Coral Cay Resort amenities include a community pool with a resort-style swimming pool, splash pool and spa, clubhouse designed for meetings and parties, with a kitchen and fitness room and movie theatre, walking trail, and playground. This community is just minutes from Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, shopping, restaurants, and within close proximity to major highways, and the Orlando International Airport. Everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation!

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services. 

 

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

 

Pet Policy:

 

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

 

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

As a very young family and world travelers ourselves, we constantly walk our own talk and believe strongly in our mission to give traveling families the kind of experiences and accommodations that we look for when we are away from home. That's why before we open a new property rental, we spend a night or two with our own family living and sleeping in the space and making sure we have what we need for a comfortable stay.
