PRIVACY STATEMENT

Premium Rentals, its service providers, and its affiliates (“Premium Rentals”) may sell, collect, retain, disclose, and store Sensitive
Personal Information and Personal Information of franchisees, renters, and others (collectively,
“Individuals”) for purposes of identification, billing, communication, compliance with applicable laws
and regulations, and other purposes in line with the services provided to Individuals. Premium Rentals may also sell,
collect, retain, disclose, and store Personal Information to third parties in order to provide you with offers
for which we think you may be interested. We have instituted the following policy in order to comply
with various laws concerning Sensitive Personal Information and Personal Information:

Definitions
Personal Information. Includes information such as name, email address, postal address, phone number,
and tax information.

Sensitive Personal Information. Includes any information that, if lost, compromised, or disclosed could
result in substantial harm, embarrassment, inconvenience, or unfairness, such as social security number,
bank account information, and credit and debit card numbers.

Disclosure
Premium Rentals may sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from an Individual’s Personal Information. For example,
Premium Rentals may sell your Personal Information to provide you with offers for which we think you may be
interested. However, Premium Rentals will not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from an Individual’s Sensitive
Personal Information. Premium Rentals will not redisclose an Individual’s Sensitive Personal Information, unless:

• • the Individual or the Individual’s legally authorized representative provides consent to disclosure
    or disclosure;
  • the disclosure completes a transaction requested or authorized by the Individual or the
    Individual’s legally authorized representative;
  • the disclosure is required by state law, federal law, or municipal ordinance; or
  • the disclosure is required pursuant to a valid warrant or subpoena.

Storage
In circumstances where Premium Rentals retains Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information, it shall use
a reasonable standard of care to store, transmit, and protect from disclosure any paper or electronic
Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information collected, including limiting access to those on a
need to know basis. Such storage, transmission, and protection shall be performed in a manner that is at
least a protective as the manner in which Premium Rentals handles other confidential and sensitive information.
Retention Schedule
In circumstances where Premium Rentals retains Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information, it is stored
until the initial purpose for collecting or obtaining such information has been satisfied.
