On nearly 2 acres of land, it’s up for debate whether the highlight of this listing is the modernized home we call “Lonestar” or the picturesque property that surrounds it. Pulling off of the main road and into the spacious roundabout driveway, you’ll glance at the front of the home with a two-car parking garage and generous parking space out front. Along-side of the home is a running canal, and the property is rich with mature trees. In the backyard you’re sure to enjoy the stone paved private gazebo with strung fairy lights, comfortable swings and a firepit for memorable storytelling and laughs shared around a glowing fire. Beyond the gazebo is a bocce ball court for the enjoyment of guest use as well. 

 

Lonestar is a lovely light filled, clean and airy feeling home and you are sure to discover many thoughtful touches and luxurious hints that have been recent additions to the home to ensure a deluxe quality experience throughout your stay. 

 

Stepping into the entryway of this decked out 2 level home you’ll discover the uniquely dropped down and railing lined living room furnished with an abundance of seating options and a mounted 65” smart tv. 

 

The home has had brand new flooring, paint, trim, granite counter tops and high-end furniture and mattresses put into it during a full remodel and renovation during the year 2020.  

 

On the main level of the home is an oversized open concept kitchen with white marble countertops with a special granite waterfall down the sides of the kitchen bar which can seat up to 3. There are top-notch stainless-steel appliances throughout the kitchen, elegant touches of gold lighting fixtures, a coffee bar, plenty of shelving and storage space with cabinets stocked with essential items for our guests and a dining table with seating for 8. Off of the kitchen is a mudroom and spacious laundry room available for laundering needs, with access to the garage. 

 

The main floor of the home has two private bedrooms with queen sized beds, one private bedroom with a king-sized bed, with both a half bathroom right off of the kitchen and a full bathroom for use near the bedrooms. 

 

Moving up one flight of stairs to the top level of the home are two private bedrooms. At the top of the stairs is a bedroom with two queen beds in it, bunk style. You’ll discover the glamorous and large master bedroom next to it with its own walk-in closet and an attached master bathroom that you’ll dread saying goodbye to. The bathroom has double vanities, a separate toilet room, a stand-up shower with decorative glass encasing and, best of all, a sparkling white stand-alone tub surrounded by windows that overlook the master patio and backyard. This is the perfect spot to kick back in some suds, pour yourself a glass of wine and unwind with some fresh Idaho air with the windows or patio door cracked. This master bedroom is an escape of its own and is the prime spot to be within the beautiful Lonestar property.

 

House Rules and Important Notices:  

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services. 

Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. No smoking of any kind is allowed within this home and any report of or violation of our smoking policy will result in a fine of $500.

Pet Policy:
We love animals and *house-trained animals are allowed to stay in this home with the added pet charges you’ll find in the reservation process which is $50 for 1 pet and $115 for 2 pets. We hope they’ll be just as comfortable as you throughout your trip and hope the enclosed backyard can be a good additional place for them to explore and play during your stay. Our cleaners do take detailed note of the conditions and any damages done within the home after each guests departure. If there are any *damages, or accidents within the home due to pet visits, there will be an additional damage charge sent to the party responsible.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
