This home is a private oasis in beautiful McCall, Idaho. Ideally located it is a short walk to Payette Lake, Legacy Park Beach, Brown Park and downtown shops. Right down the street from Davis Beach and Ponderosa State Park you can’t ask for a better location. Steps away from McCall Golf Club and quick access to the bike path. No matter what your plans are for your time spent in McCall, this home is close by everything.

A privacy fence surrounds the entire property which is ideal if you have little ones who like to wander. The large beautiful deck wraps around the entire side and back of the home. BBQ on the back deck or sit by the gas fire pit in the evening roasting s’mores with your loved ones. After a long day hiking trails, boating on the lake or snowboarding on Brundage Mountain relax those muscles in the hot tub. At McCall Golf Club you can golf in the warm months and snowshoe in the winter months, best part is it’s only steps away.

Brand new black stainless steel appliances along with a fully stocked kitchen that will meet every home chefs needs. Dining table with seating along with barstools at the counter there is seating for everybody. New wine/beverage fridge keeps those bottles chilled and ready to celebrate.  The kitchen comes with oils, spices, seasonings and some basic baking essentials.

The living room is ready for a group who wants to chill out and relax. You can go old school and watch a DVD or stream a movie on the 55” Smart TV. The space also features a sound bar to really enjoy those movie nights.

Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV pre-loaded with free streaming apps. You can also log into your favorite apps and stream from your private accounts.

The Game Room is a huge crowd pleaser. Located in the heated garage it has new epoxy floors and a countertop area with barstools. Games include Basketball, Foosball, Darts and Ping Pong. Feel free to take the provided kayaks out to the lake. All this is included in your stay.

The downstairs Den Room is lots of fun! It has a new 55” smart TV, Xbox 360 including games, Kinect and an Atari. Also stocked in this room are board and card games. This room is always a hit and is great for larger groups who want a separate space for kids to be able to break off and hang out.

Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom which features a desk area for those working from home and a sofa that folds into a bed. This sofa can hold up to two small children. The locked closet in this room is full of all the kids gear we provide such as the portable crib and sound machine as well as a couple of extra houseguest needs like the iron and ironing board. **Note: a high chair is provided and is located in the downstairs entry closet.

The second “Master” bedroom has a super comfortable Puffy Mattress. This bedroom overlooks the backyard and has a smart TV above the dresser. This bedroom is light + bright always getting sunshine.

The Bunk Room is Full over Queen. The bottom bunk is a Tempur-Pedic Queen size bed that will have you getting some of your best sleep ever. The top bunk can fit 2 small children. This room features a Smart TV and is decorated with log side tables and vintage style lanterns, this room always brings all the smiles from a group of kiddos enjoying their sleepover or a family of 4 on a multi family trip.

This home is heated with hydraulic radiant heat flooring. Keeps you warm and cozy without the vent air blowing directly on you.

Wifi is provided by Sparklight and we have done our part to keep you connected by purchasing a Nighthawk cable modem along with a WiFi extender upstairs. We like to be connected and we know with most families dealing with distant education and work from home this is important. Isn’t it nice to change the scenery and do it from here :)

You are welcome to access all parts of the house. The entire place is yours and private. There is one closet downstairs that is the "Pantry" you will see it clearly labeled. We keep that door locked with all of our supplies and needs for the house. We ask that you do not try to access this door.

You will be granted access to our home via keyless entry using an app and/or keypad. Directions how to use the app and keypad lock will be sent to you immediately upon your booking via email. Your keypad code is deleted after each booking. Your code will only be good and grant access to our home to use during your stay- beginning check-in time and date and expiring at check-out time and date.

We have plenty of parking on our property for your vehicles and toys! Parking is available in front of the home in the driveway and if you need overflow parking there is some availability directly behind the home. However, the overflow parking is not available during the winter bc of snow. The City of McCall is allowing snowmobile trailer parking at the McCall Golf Club. Our home is just a few houses away from that location. Please message me for more detailed information.

Our home has an occupancy of up to 11 guests. However, it is not intended to fit 11 adult guests.

House Rules and Important Notices:  

 

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services. 

 

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

 

Pet Policy:

 

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

 

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
